Yes. To power our specialised equipment, including our machine polishers and high-pressure cleaning systems, we require access to a standard outdoor tap and a domestic power outlet. We carry all necessary professional leads and hoses to make the connection quick and easy.

We are based in Dagenham and Romford, serving a 30-mile radius across East London and Essex. This includes Brentwood, Hornchurch, Upminster, Chigwell, and the surrounding towns.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?

If the weather makes it impossible to achieve our professional standard, especially for paint correction or ceramic coatings, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule your appointment for the next available dry slot.

It depends on the condition and size of your vehicle. A "Just the Surface" clean takes roughly 2 hours, while a "Factory Reset" or "Ceramic Protection" can take anywhere from 8 hours to 1 full day. We provide a time estimate with every bespoke quote.

Do I need to be present while you work?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle, water, and power, you are free to go about your day. We always conduct a final walkthrough with you once the work is complete.
