Unmaasked Car Care Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Unmaasked Car Care. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1) Deposits and Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
This applies to all new bookings.
Deposits are payable by bank transfer.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2) Payment (On Completion)
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion, prior to the vehicle being released.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
3) Vehicle Preparation & Customer Responsibilities
All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment.
Child seats must also be removed in advance.
Unmaasked Car Care accepts no responsibility for any personal items left inside the vehicle.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all terms are understood prior to the appointment.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in the full booking cost still being payable.
4) Pricing and Additional Charges
All prices are based on standard vehicle condition and service scope.
Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, including but not limited to:

Pet hair
-
Vomit
-
Bodily fluids
-
Mould
-
Heavy staining or contamination requiring additional time or specialist treatment
Where applicable, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
5) Location, Site Requirements & Travel
For mobile bookings, suitable working conditions must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse work in any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable, including main roads or public car parks without permission.
The following must be available:

Safe off-road parking

Adequate space to fully access the vehicle

A standard electricity supply
Water is preferred but not essential.
Travel is included within a reasonable distance. Additional charges may apply for further locations and will be confirmed prior to booking.
6) Weather and Rescheduling
Unmaasked Car Care cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God, or the actions of others.
If we are required to reschedule your booking due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a re-booked appointment.
7) Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any cancellations made by the client without sufficient prior notice, or that do not meet our cancellation criteria, may result in the full booking value being due and payable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will result in the full booking value being due.
An invoice will be issued where applicable, with payment due within 7 days.
8) Invoicing & Late Payment (Outstanding Balances)
Any invoices will be issued via email to the address provided.
Payment must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date.
Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in additional charges being applied to the outstanding balance.
9) Routine Clean (Maintenance Clients)
Routine Clean pricing is only valid for vehicles maintained on a 4-week cycle following a Deep Clean.
If this interval is exceeded, the service may be reclassified and charged accordingly.
Customers must notify us in advance of any excessive soiling, including (but not limited to) spills, sickness, heavy mud, or pet hair.
Failure to do so may result in:

Extended service time

Rescheduling if required
10) Limitation of Liability
While all care is taken during the detailing process, Unmaasked Car Care cannot be held responsible for unforeseen damage or pre-existing conditions that become apparent during the service.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the service provided.
11) Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published.
